I apologize if you've answered my question somewhere on your web
site. If you have, I'm afraid that I've missed it.
On your "Contact Me" page you say:
> > Note, if you are contacting me, I am a human too. I do
> > make mistakes. Keep stuff constructive. No marketing
> > please. I am also not interested in any advertising or
> > affiliate programmes or cross-linking or link-exchange

It is not clear to me how that applies to a request to simply
provide a link to your site on one's personal web pages.
NB: I'm not requesting a link-exchange or any of that. My pages
are non-commercial although there are links to some commercial
sites as well as non-commercial that I found interesting.
I find those sites whose designers think that the whole world
revolves round the browser(s) that they use or are simply too lazy
or not competent to do otherwise offensive in the extreme and I like
your paragraph about that problem on your top-level page
(http://www.howtocreate.co.uk/).
Occasionally, when it's a site that I find a reason to deal with
more often than once, I refert them to [site]
([URL]) although they seem not to be
as active as they once were. I should like to add a referral to
your site as well since it offers to show that accessibility via
any browser is not difficult.
With your permission, I would say something like:
Please see:
http://www.howtocreate.co.uk/ and [URL]
for information about how to make your site accessible via any web
browser.
So -- what do you say?
And, if your answer is no, perhaps you can say that in the quoted
paragraph as well as the comments about link exchanges and their
ilk.
Thanks for taking the time to read this and for answering my
question.
Kindest regards,
Charlie

Sure, no problem at all :) People are free to link to my site
whenever/wherever they want.
[Ed. note, if you want to link to a script, please link to the script info
page, and not directly to the script itself]
