I noticed that you said you needed to be contacted before somebody used your XML/RSS reader script in a widget. I am going to make an RSS widget for my site and need a good javascript. So far this is the only one that works that I've seen.
I have not included my response here because there is no single answer to this kind of question. I will consider every such request on a case-by-case basis.
