Subject	Generic dragable layer -- the layer just wont let go!

Hi, I love the Generic dragable layer and the javascript samples, I have
what I hope is a quicky! Is there a simple way to automatically drop the
layer when you press the mouse down? As there is a problem when your mouse
leaves the window then re-enters, the layer just wont let go!
