Hi Tarquin,
You're perfect popup script is great! I would like to use it on our company
site, but wanted to make sure I complied with your site usage policy. We
don't currently have single page with policy information or credits, and so
I added one and put a link to your site which should boost your search
engine rankings. However, that page doesn't really fit in nicely with any
of our current ones so I put a search-engine visible link to that page, but
a human invisible link to that page so it doesn't distort any of the design
that our graphics artists have approved. However, no one is being charged
for using the site, so I think in that respect it fits in with the rest of
your policies. Here are the links to the various points on the site:
[URL] (contains the link to your
site that search engines could follow). And the home page contains a
clickable space link after the copyright. Anyway, if you think this doesn't
fit with your policy, please let me know and I will try to adjust things to
be in line with your policy if possible, or stop using your scripts if that
is not possible.
Thanks for sharing your skills with the world!

Admitedly, the terms of use is vague on this (and could do with some
clarification), but the intention is that not only should the links be
search engine accessible, but the user should be able to find them. An
invisible link does not fit in with that intention. I would prefer that a
link was used that the user can actually see, though of course, I cannot
force you since the license terms did not mention this when you started
using the script.

It is counted as a commercial site, since it is the site of a commercial
entity (and is used as a means of attracting commercial interest).
