Tarquin,
Thanks for your wonderful and instructive site.
I have been using Perfect popups ( Resizing a popup to perfectly fit an
image, even if you do not know how big that image is) for some time now.
Tested and running in IE, FF, Opera and Safari. However, in the new Google
Chrome browser things do not run as smoothly.
The popup seems to open and then close immediately.
What I found out myself: If I set Autoclose to "false", the popup window
remains open but it is not resized to fit the contents.
Am I correct in assuming that some idiosyncracy of Chrome causes this and if
so, what can be done about it?
Thanks in advance,

Chrome seems to have completely broken the way popups are handled. It
fires blur events on them when they are focused, and it broke the
ability to resize them. There is nothing that can be done, except ignore
Chrome's stupidity. On my site, I only consider Safari, since it's the
main source of the engine, and Chrome is just a very limited UI for it,
with plenty of broken functionality.
