Most of the tutorials were already ready for those. I have now updated the
compatibility notes accordingly, but very little of the changes affected the
JavaScript tutorial (the CSS tutorial had more little changes, but those
were already added while IE 8 was still in beta). There's a small new part
about context menus here:

but really, no significant changes were needed. The majority of new stuff
came from IE 8, which I have been following since its first public release,
with the changes summarised here:

New stuff from the other browsers is not covered in the tutorials, because
while useful, they are either not appropriate for beginner-grade, or are
not widely enough supported to be much use yet.
