Linda,
The error relates to a JavaScript that is failing to run properly. From
the wording on the error message and little yellow warning triangle, I
assume you are using Internet Explorer on Windows.
If only one page had that problem, I would say there was a problem with
the site. But as you have the problem with every site that tries to open
popup windows, I am guessing you have installed a popup blocker - or maybe
an extra toolbar, and the popup blocker component is not working properly.
If you or anyone else has installed a popup blocker on your computer, I
suggest you uninstall it.
You can see what programs you have installed by looking in
'add/remove programs' in your computer's control panel (type
'add/remove programs' in Start - help).
You may also be using a proxy service that adds popup blocking.
If you do not have a popup blocker installed, or if uninstalling it does
not fix the problem, I suggest you re-install your browser:
http://www.microsoft.com/ie/ If that still doesn't help, let me know and I
will see if I can think of anything else.
If you are using AOL, then I suggest you contact their technical support
for more advice.
If you still want to be able to use a popup blocker, I suggest you try
using a different browser (http://www.mozilla.org and http://www.opera.com
both offer browsers with inbuilt popup blockers)
hope this helps you fix the problem
