Hi Mark!

I wanted to thank you for putting up the tutorial on Pure CSS menus.  I am
trying to learn to build sites and teaching myself  - sites like yours keep
me from giving up.

I had seen Eric Meyer's site and built the menu based on his directions and
finally after many hours, made the menu work out the way I wanted. Then I
left my Mac to test on IE on Windows -oops .  So I found your site just
before I tore my hair out.

I cheated a little - you said that a background color was needed and
transparent didn't work.  I just pushed the sub-menu all the way to the
right so that the main menu options didn't make the submenu disappear.
