Provides functions for 9 major DHTML actions, 3 event interpreters, window size, scrolling and position measurements.

Browser support
The library is compatible with all 4th generation browsers. Functions will work in all browsers that support that action. If a browser does not support an action, it will not produce an error, it will just do nothing. The following browsers support the following actions:

- Yes, supported
- P
- Partial support
- B
- Broken/incorrect
- N
- No support
